Total Engineering Services (North East Ltd) offers FREE air sourced heat pumps to customers across the North East.
The government are allowing every single home in England to receive £7500 towards upgrading their heating system to more efficient, carbon neutral Air Source Heat Pumps.
Most companies would ask for £8000 on top of this grant, but not Total Engineering.
We striving to use the £7500 for what the government intended and believe 95% of properties in England can be converted using the £7500 grant and a small admin fee of £300*

Insurance Backed Guarantee
This conversion has a 2-year insurance backed guarantee and a further 5-year parts and labour guarantee on the heat pump. Annual service is required to maintain the guarantee.
We only ask for a £300 admin charge to cover a new EPC for your home and the costs for the certificates.

Total Engineering can provide heat pumps for all homes, but unfortunately as much as we try the £7500 grant will only go so far!
We’ll give you the lowest possible price to carry out any additional works and other options to optimise your heating including new insulation if your house is rated a D or below.
FAQ’s
My heat pump location is larger than the distance stated - We will look at the extra pipework and labour and provide you with a quotation.

My home may require a larger heat pump - Heat pumps increase in £500 increments ie Riello 12kw £500 extra Riello 16kw £1000, above this there is the option of cascading 2 heat pumps, but this will be based on individual jobs.

My home may need more radiators - Once we do the calculations, we will advise on the size of the heat pump and if any radiators need changing, if this is the case we will give you a quote or you can have them done yourself.

How do I measure my home? - We will provide you with a simple survey sheet and some questions. A video call is required to determine the location for the heat pump and cylinder or we can send a technical surveyor out for a cost of £200.

Can I do a live video call? - before you make any decisions, we can do a video call to discuss any questions you may have.
